Last we discussed this, we are planning on using https://threadfellows.com/. We can upload an emblem, and then put together an order of various items. Check them out, they have quite a few options.

I made updates based on the feedback. If we go with the ones with layered text, I can make adjust the space between so the text can be bigger...
